Two Kentucky residents are suing Gov. Matt Bevin for blocking them from his official Facebook and Twitter pages, claiming it violates their constitutional rights and demanding that their accounts – along with roughly 600 others – be unblocked.

The ACLU of Kentucky filed a lawsuit Monday in federal court on behalf of Mary Hargis of Morehead and Drew Morgan of Louisville that claims they were blocked from engaging in political speech on the governor's social media accounts. The suit says they posted comments that were not obscene, abusive or defamatory.
